I'd say my kids have pretty normal names. They aren't uncommon at all. The twins just have slight spelling changes to kinda match each other because we thought it was cute
People are always going to hate. My mother hated on our girl name choice every single day and was happy he came out male. We haven't spoken in about four years now
Plus you have no idea if the name has strong sentimental value. Some names are passed down. Just because it's not the "Norm" doesn't mean you get to shame for it
With my first son I was open with his name but there was an issue in chat last year and I just don't want to deal with that again lol. Not really worried about privacy concerns with sharing their names
