I had my first appointment with a pain clinic today and they are putting me on a treatment plan for fibromyalgia. I had physical therapy today too and finally got some exercises that are good for my body. I have had this diagnosis for 5 years and all the doctors I have seen up until today have told me there is no treatment. Turns out they were just wrong and lazy
