Amber woke up from the park bench she slept on and went to the river to freshen up. She never noticed a boy down the river on the other side. She splashed her face two/three times and sat down at the bank staring into the water

After sitting down for a while doing nothing, Sage decided he should probably try to go find something to eat. He got up and wandered around in the streets before smoothly stealing an apple from a cart. He climbed a tree and ate there. While he ate, he noticed Amber by the river. He was reluctant to say hello, so he stayed hidden. Well, I suppose I can watch and if something bad happens, like someone tries to kidnap her again, I'll be here.

Amber sat with her knees up to her chest like she was ready to jump at something. She sat like that for a few minutes before diving into the river and coming back up with a fish. She took out a pen knife from her wore down shoe and started to gut it. Amber wadded through river with the cut open fish to the otherside, from there she started a little fire and cooked the fish for breakfast.

Sage shoved the rest of the apple into his mouth. Yes, he eats the core...it's still food, and out here, he takes what he can get. He hang around in the tree for a while, almost hoping something would happen, because he was getting bored again. Fighting someone up close probably wouldn't be the best idea, but did he care? No, not really.

Amber felt like someone else was there but no matter where she darted her eyes she couldn't see anyone I can't shake the feeling! Someone is definitely watching me... Amber has one last look around and spots Sage but doesn't realise it's him and but she doesn't give away she had seen him. She walks off, out of sight of this 'unknown' person and up a tree. from there she sneaks up behind and grabs him "Who are you? What do you want?!" She demanded with the penknife help up to his throat "wait your the boy from the hospital" she lets him go "what are you doing?"

He blinked. "Uhm, sitting in a tree?" He shrugged. "I could ask you the same question." How did she sneak up on me? It's never happened before. Maybe I was hurt worse than I thought. Or maybe staying at the hospital messed me up.

She raised an eyebrow "sitting in a tree at my river?!" She took a step back from him "I am here at my river, catching wild fish from MY river for breakfast!"

He raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "Your river? Since when is this your river?" He grinned. "Technically this is the park's property."

Amber smiled sheepishly "my father owns the park, he built it and said the river is mine so yeah it is my river!" She pointed at the sign ontop of the park gates across the way The park sign read 'Green's Park'

He shrugged. "Ok, that makes sense." He chuckled. "I forgot you said your dad was rich at one point." He looked at Amber. "Is Green your last name then?"
