Phantom looked at West who walked up to her, she went to answer to him when thunder echoed the cave. She threw her head up, she wanted this storm to go away fast "Yep just peachy" Phantom said this with a smile that fell through after not even a second

West raised an eyebrow. "Okay then..." he didn't my leave, though. He stayed right by Phantom... whether she liked it or not. Even if he couldn't get her to say she was not okay, he knew it. Storms were horrible, yes. They didn't scare him... but he didn't like them. West shifted his weight and closed his eyes, ready for a long night.

Phantom waited for West to walk away, she waited and waited but West didn't look like he was walking away. She huffed a bit cause that meant the act of not being scared had to stay up, his presence was a bit calming though so it helped her to relax. Her jumping got less bad at each echoing thunder

West almost fell asleep, but decided he should try to stay awake. All the other mares looked fine... he glanced around at the foals before closing his eyes again. "So Phantom you're totally fine with storms?" He asked slowly, looking at her

Phantom dipped her head low knowing that West didn't believe her "Well not completely..." She glanced over at West waiting to see what he would do with that information

(Okay, that's fine wait you have a dog? Cute! What's his/her name?) - West looked at her. "You do know it's fine if you don't like storms. Everyone has something they are scared of. Not that I'm saying you are scared of storms." West said quietly, his gaze soft. He knew what it felt like to be scared of so,etching.. it was a terrible feeling.

(Oh she's a german shepard her name is Lola! she just turned 7 months) ~ Phantom glanced at West she chuckled a bit "You totally are saying I'm scared of them, and your right... I just think it's stupid for me to be scared of them after being through so many of them" She then looked at West her sapphire eyes shining wit heach lighting strike "I... It's just... I don't think people would look at me the same cause I'm scared of something so silly. They might think I'm a easy spooker or weak y'know..." She put her gaze back down at the gorund

(Awww) - West snorted. "I a man not." He retorted, but listened to what's he said. "It's not stupid. Storms can Be scary... it's the truth. And if some horses don't look at you the same because of THAT... they're crazy. My advice: don't listen to what anyone else's says. The only thing that matters is what you think." West gave a comforting smile and went back to closing his eyes, waiting. The storm was clearing up quickly, he could almost already see sunshine. Then it cleared up altogether, and West opened his eyes, walking outside. "Y'all are free to come out now." He chuckled, walking over to the river. It was high, above its banks, and moving fast. West shook his mane, happy. This storm meant that summer was coming... which meant they could go out on the plains instead of being stuck in this valley

Phantom lifted her head up a bit higher as she listen to West, she'd look over at West "Thank you I needed to hear that... That's another thing your good at is comforting horses" She'd smile gratefully then closing her eyes for the remander of the storm, she opened her eyes when she heard West saying everyone could go out now. Phantom threw her head up excitedly making sure she was the first one out, once she got out she took off galloping. She hated being in that cave even if it was big she still hated being in there
