Phantom woke up looking around everyone seemed to be in the same place they were except Mystery was back -Glad to see her back..- She still felt bad about overwhelming her but there was nothing she could do about it now. Phantom got up slowly and hobbled over near the others to graze

West narrowed his eyes, glancing around the valley. He really had felt like something.. or someone was watching him.... but he didn't see anything. West turned around and trotted back down into the valley, shaking his pelt. He saw Phantom was awake... and moving. West sighed, walking over to her. "Hi Phantom." He said quietly. "You do know... it will only make it worse when you are restless, walking around." West looked at her, flicking his ears

Phantom gazed up at West "Yeah... but it sucks sitting in one place" She flicked her tail just thinking about the thought. Sitting still made her get all fidgety, it was like her kyptonite

Mystery grazed on the edge of the herd, she looked up at the edge of the valley wondering if she would ever see her old herd leader again.. She hoped not, after about a minute she shook her mane and grazed again yeeting the thought out of her head

West flicked his ears. "Yeah.. it does, and I do understand. I do feel bad for you.." he sighed. He knew the feeling... West flipped his mane to the other side of his neck. It was hot enough he was starting to get sweaty... they really did need to leave soon

Moon was still upset about mlosing the race. She was good at cross-country but... Maybe not anymore. Moon sighed, wanting to meet someone new. She LOVED meeting new people, and only REALLY knew West and Aurora in this herd. Thinking about how few horses she knew made her think of her last herd... Why oh, why did those HUMANS have to come?! Moon stamped her hoof in anger and whipped her mane. Then she bucked and reared, trying to get her old herd out of her mind.

West glanced at Moon. She looked... upset. He sighed, walking over to her. "Hi Moon!" West said cheerfully. "I heard Aurora is pretty fast... but I think you are fast too. Want to race this old man?" His asked, flicking his tail, his eyes sparkling. "I bet you can win!"
| |

Moon snorted. "No, I'm done with racing." Moon turned, then looked back, a softer look on her face. "But thanks for asking." Moon galloped off, into the valley.

West watched Moon gallop off. He felt sad... she was still very fast. It really was mostly chance Aurora won... and the race was just for fun. The two foals were very evenly matched. West felt bad he couldn't help Moon more. He walked over to the stream with a sigh, gazing up at the clouds

She saw Moon leave the valley, she wondered what was going on, that got her thinking -I want to leave too... But I can't, if West or Phantom or anyone sees me then they might stop me or follow me.. and the last thing I want to do is draw any attention- She looked at the horizon a little while longer, then continued grazing
