Alrighty) Whisper let her legs slice through the tall grass, she could smell the sea salt in the sunny morning air. She picked up a trot wanting to see the ocean before anyone could notice she was gone from the herd, she knew if she was caught it wouldn't end well for her as leaving without permission was against and not to mention violating the herds rules.

It was a quiet morning for Stormy. The herd just moved to the eastern side of the Island, and they seemed to be settling in nicely. He stood atop a small hill looking over the meadow. Most of the herd was still asleep, the youngsters were starting to stur. He lets his eyes scan the surroundings. He spots a whispy black tail disappearing into the trees. He has an idea of who it might be, and starts down the hill in a patient walk.

She cursed her small size, plus she got tired of moving so slow so she picked up a full on gallop. Whisper slids to a stop on top of a sand dune, sand flies everywhere but she doesn't stop looking at the ocean. She breathed it in like it was healing her and truth to be told it might have been, mentally.

Arriving at the tree line, Stormy could see a path where someone had clearly trampled through the dense spurt of forest. Their previous stallion decided to pick a fight, and lets just say Stormy earned his spot in the Herd. He knew he was lucky, he hasnt had any problems with the herd members. The change from grass to sand brought him back to earth. Hearing the ocean made his heart beat faster.

She nickered and rears, slicking the air into a million pieces. She snorted as she came down with a light thud from her small size, she threw her head around, causing her long forelock to fall in her eyes.
