Ok! Who wants to start us off?

Princess Gwenore hated her parents more than she hated anything in the world. Her beloved kingdom, her namesake, was falling to pieces, and no one had lifted a finger to do anything about it. The King and Queen, her parents, the two people who had sworn on their lives to protect their kingdom to their deaths, had sat by and watched it all happen. They were vain and lazy, selfish and greedy, and Nora hated them with every fibre of her being.

The monarchs were currently lounging, slouched in their chairs, in the throne room. Each had a servant hand-feeding them from a platter of fruit and cheese. The fruit and cheese, Nora knew, was stolen from the farmers. Everything here was stolen. It made Nora feel sick. "You’re killing us all," Nora glowered darkly at her parents lounging in their respective thrones. Queen Roselyn merely waved a dismissive hand at her daughter, a gesture that wasn’t unexpected. King Eoghan levelled his bored gaze on Nora, who was leaning in the shadows of one of the giant pillars.

"Do not talk down to us, daughter," he spat as if the word burned his tongue. With the contempt he held for her, it very well could have. He would probably much rather forget that his blood ran through her veins. King Eoghan saw Nora as a disgrace. In his eyes, Nora might as well not exist. "Anyway, it is good you are here. We have something to discuss," he said, dismissing the servants with a wave if his hand. Nora's body stiffened, alert. Her father never discussed anything with her. "I have made a deal... Thendor (the first thing I could come up with for the evil king, can change later) is looking for a wife, and I volunteered you."

The world around her halter, spun, and then halted again. All the air left her lungs, it was as if a shock wave had hit her square in her chest. "What-"

"You will marry in a month,' Eoghan continued, ignoring his daughter. "You will go there, he will send money here, it is all but a done deal."

"You are doing this for money?!" Nora gasped, although she really shouldn't have been so shocked. Of course her father would sell her out for money. To him, she was nothing. Nora looked to her mother, who looked about as interested in Nora as her sisters were for a scheduled council meeting. "And you think he wants me? No father, you are mistaken. He wants the land, the territory. He wants the army. He will take me, and then he will take you. All of you." The thought of her beautiful kingdom, even if it was falling apart, in the hands of that evil man... It was too much. "How can you be so thoughtless! You-" she leveled a finger at the two monarchs, "Shame on you! I hope you rot in firey pits." Nora spun and marched off. As soon as she was out of the throne room her anger bubbled over and she was running. Through the halls, down the steps, outside. The world spun around her, and she ran.

In a different part of the capital, lay the house of Greston Hil. This particular residence was home to Alec Gordonton, and his mother and father, Mary and James. Alec was walking down the main hall of his grand residence, the walls lined with candles, red banners, and paintings of the old. Alec never really put much thought into those paintings. He presumed they were his ancestors, old royals and knights, from long ago. As he reached the grand doors to the castle, which were covered in carved ornamental details, with Greston Hil engraved on a stone plate by the door. Alec's family estate was quite large, but sometimes he felt overwhelmed by it all, so he went to train as a knight every so often. This calmed Alec down in times of stress, to make him more approachable. After all, friends are man's greatest ally.

Alec made his way down to the family stables, where his horse Bat, and his dog Darcy. The stables were down the hill, which the family estate stood atop. As he approached the barn, he saw the stablehand, Freddie, caring for the horses as usual. "Hey, Freddie! If me Mam and Pa come along, tell them I've gone into the village."

Freddie replied with a meek "Yessir..." As Alec fetched Bat, who stood there waiting. Alec mounted bat, his clothes and cape draping over the large black animal. He then trotted away from the stable towards the town. Once he was a ways away, he whistled sharply, and Darcy came dashing to his heels from the nearby forest.

Eric was at the Training with some newbe Knights, showing them how to Fight right, how to swing their Swords and their Axes right. He didnt knew what had happened in the Castle which was only a few Meters away. He was way too focused on the Training with the Knights.

"Watch your right Leg" He said to one of the Knights as he kicked the Knights right Leg, making the Boy fall on his Face "Told you to watch out. Now you would be dead" He said as he pointed his Sword against the Boys Chest, but something in the distance which looked like a Person came running towards them, making Eric to help up the Knight on the Ground. "What the hell?..." Eric saw that the Person was no one else then Nora, his Princess and soon the Queen. "Yall stay here and keep on with the Training!" He told them before he ran straight after the Princess.

Alec trotted along, with Darcy by his side. He made the quick decision to head into town, towards the training grounds. Soon he picked up into a gallop, moving fast towards the town's square. Soon he passed through it, seeing a flash of the town's banner, purple, with the town name "Visean" on it. He then passed into the training grounds, where he saw Eric chasing after an unknown figure. He decided to follow them.

Moving back into a trot to catch up, Bat gave a quick rear, showing his displeasure at slowing down. "Woah boy, calm downnnn." Eric and the unknown woman kept weaving through the town until they reached the edge of the forest. "Eric!" Alec shouted. "I wanted to talk... oh, the Princess! Your Highness." Alec did a bow atop his horse. "Bat, you had better bow too!" And with that, Bat executed a perfect bow, showing his unknown respect for the princess.

Eric could quickly react as he saw the Dagger came flying towards him, he quickly dugged his Head down so it wouldnt hit him, and as soon as he noticed that she relaxed Eric stood straight infront of her only a few meters away, far enough for him not to get into her Personal Space. "Im sorry but your the one running and throwing daggers around. Yet i must say your throwing was bad." He tried to make fun because he could sense her inner Self trying not to lose it. "So my Question back to you is. Why the hell are you running like something is about to snatch you?" He was a bit worried but he also was happy to see Alec here too. "Nice to see you too Alec." He gave Alec a short nod before he looked back to the Princess.

Alec nodded back to Eric with respect, then answered the princess's question. "You are still a princess in my eyes, m'lady. More importantly, what are you doing out in the woods?" It was nearly sunset, and the forest carried all sorts of dangerous mythical creatures in it. The woods had a cold and chilly draught running through it, and even Eric was looking a little nervous.
