Hey all! I love my roans a lot. Most of my best horses have roan in them. Which has made it harder for me to sell offspring of those said good horses. Is it even possible to "breed out" the roan? I'm not thinking it is since when I've bred a solid to a roan I get a roan :') just thought it might be worth asking those who are better with genetics than I.

I've bred RnRn out of my heard. It's possible, even more so when you are working with Heterozygous roan. You just gotta pay attention to the genetics of the horse's you are breeding.
