Well this is embarrassing... but my save folder is now so full that I can't open it at all LOL. When I try to open it, the page becomes unresponsive and I have to reload. I moved 4 unread messages in there before realizing I couldn't open it, so now I can't mark those 4 as read and the "unread mail" symbol is permanently on now because of that.
