barn manager on strike

I have been trying to place gelding in the barn manager. At first I had to list a horse twice before it took. Then I needed to go into barn manager list a horse leave BM then return to list the second horse and repeat. Always leaving BM then returning for each horse listed. Now My last two horses I want to get into BM will not take them. I have the space. The gelding is found and all features are showing and I list him then when I click on it to eneter it does not enter him.
