I'm in North Carolina and have seen the large round bales as low as $25 an the small bales around $5
I'm from Colorado and it was up to $120 for large rounds and $15 for small bales when i moved and sold my last horse. Last hay i bought was $90 for large rounds of grass and alfalfa mix, about 80/20. It went down a little the past few years, but went back up this year. I saw prices of $150+ a large bale and $17-$20 for small bales

Here in Florida it's $8.00 for a small bale, about $18.00 for a small alfalfa bale and between 30 to 80 for a roll.
