Ah yeah no fun. The funnels are just as bad as the actual tornados. Wind blowing in all directions and debris going everywhere. I go through several funnels. Only have had 1 touchdown since living here. 2019 I believe it was.

Holy shit that's scary close! Unfortunately yeah I've been though similar instances. When I was younger. It was super scary. I honestly am so glad you guys were okay. That's very scary being that close even if its moving away from you

Im just thankful it didnt hit down. The last tornado was 2 miles from us when it went back up, went right over our house and hit 8 miles away literally on the outskirts of our town. We weren't home at the time but we were driving home when it hit again right in front of us a few miles up 🥴

We have a storm shelter at the school. But they only allow caged animals (which I get) and I just will not leave my dogs. They are like my children and do not do well in storms to begin with.
