You can, but It's too large to boil and its safer to keep just freeze it for a long time. Less chance of anything surviving

Luckily I caught it early so she didn't have very many on her and I believe I got almost all of them off so hopefully it won't be to long of a process

I have already stripped her entire enclosure and disinfected/washed everything that can be washed. I have her wood and substrate in the freezer where it needs to stay for about a month to kill any on and in them. And I have to give her soaks every other day or so in dawn dishsoap and water. And everytime I soak her I have to disinfect everything again.
