Our scale is pretty okay with it but we usually round to the nearest pound and assume a difference of 1/2 either way just to be safe. She's huge (18lbs) but she's down from 20 so I count that as a win
Lol we weigh her ourselves. Weigh one of us (usually me, I'm the lighter of us - lol) without her and note it down then pick her up and weigh again and subtract the values. She's very sweet and doesn't mind being picked up which is nice
Yeah his throws fits too, but neither of us have given in yet. It's working, she's been losing weight slowly but surely, and once she's slimmer she'll get enough food to maintain her weight
He is currently on a low calorie food and is not free fed. He goes to the vet in two weeks where I am hoping they will say he lost weight and give me some input on whether or not I am still over feeding him.
dark you'd think that, until you met the absolute unit that is my other cat. He literally steps on people, bites, yells, raises hell, until he is fed. I live in fear of that behemoth >>;
lucky they're so perfect xD We got John Deere 9620rx and Maple xD
...Yeah. My boyfriend's cat is overweight too so we're going to be limiting her food (he's been free feeding for a while not knowing it can be the cause of things like that). We're going to wean her off of free feeding to getting a meal a day and following the vet's advice for a weight loss portion. She won't lose weight if she still eats her own weight every day no matter how much exercise we get her, so first step is her food
