@Old gods, that's true. Better to something that won't hurt but might help than say a prescription. Some articles like this say it doesn't help.

Yes tano they updated the bravery to spook less.
It might have been to much XD.

Cove growing up I was 1 away from being on meds for the rest of my life.
If you ever get one take grape seed.
It works, my mom got it because someone who works with herbs told her about it.
If I missed a day I would run up to her crying "mama I need my grape seed." I was about 7 years old.
