You can clearly see their house and dog kennel, and the 3 employees heading for cover in the video!

They were out running errands in town and got the warnings on their phones, called & told their farm employees to get to a safe spot, and they stopped at a truck stop and waited it out.
They had their trucks and trailers parked in the indoor - 3 rigs worth! Because of the forecast for large hail. But the tornado took down the indoor arena and smashed the vehicles. Trailers had boards piercing their roofs, frames bent, etc.
The horses were all inside, but luckily were ok.
Their pastures are where the tornado path went and where all the metslmroofing went. The animals would have been cut and shredded or worse if they had been outside. They have some PTSD. but will be ok |

My daughterÂ’s farm is the one that got destroyed. She is about 35 miles NW of me.
They are still in demolishing mode, getting the barns and indoor arena the rest of the way taken down and cleaned up.
The insurance company for their trucks and trailers is being hard tomdeal with. |
