The products have enabled me to come off of all prescriptions.

Doctors got mad when I went for an emergency back in 2018, and told them I was not on any of the prescriptions they had on file anymore (thyroid, and a heart med)
So they did blood work, expecting to chew me out with bad results.

Instead, everything was well within normal ranges because I was off the man made meds and living more healthy life and using the natural stuff for my thyroid.

I do use a natural sunscreen on my arms and ears. It is from Young Living. Not greasy. Love it!

It will be white on your skin for a little while though, from the zinc, but I really don't mind. I could not give two rats asses if someone thinks I look funny.
Rather the white than all the chemicals in other sunscreens
