if you see her jumping results it's saying faults? What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help or advice am still learning the ropes :)

She's juuust become show ready. Generally a horse needs to have at least 2x their level number of bars in all 3 traits for them to do well, but the barn manager considers horses ready once they have 2x their level in just 2 traits, like your girl. She'll improve as she continues to train and gain bars.

Hi thanks for your reply , so my next question is because I tend to just throw everything in shoes am I best waiting for them to get to their two levels first before putting in shoes? thanks again :)

Yes, absolutely wait for them to be ready, otherwise you lose money.
