The woman gave a him a big grin when he started laughing. It just made her so happy when he was like that. He'd spent so long being sick or unwell in his life, that now that he was actually laughing with her, now that he was relaxed, it meant so much more to her. After a moment she just sort of moved to press a lingering kiss to his lips, then pulled back to grin at him. "I love seeing you laugh," she chirped happily to him. A little chuckle escaped her before she moved to peck his lips again. "I like giving them to you. Makes me feel useful, so ask for as many as you like," she mused after a moment. She pouted at him after a moment and chuckled. "I spoilt you, so now I've got a lovely, doting husband I couldn't live without," she mused lightly.

Sage just have the girl a delighted grin, humming happily when she kissed him again, and kissed her back, more than happily. 'and I like seeing you happy, so it's a win win for both of us," he chirped, pecking her forehead lightly. Though, he chuckled softly and gave the girl an amused look in response to her next comment. Mari, you're always doing something useful," he mused. 'but I won't say no to that," he added somewhat mischievously. "And I couldn't live without you, so we'd better make a pact not to die on the other one sometime soon," he mused, really just joking around ...he knew they wouldn't die at the exact same time, most likely.... but they could imagine.

The woman gave a small grin to him when he pecked her forehead, and she could just sort of stare at him. God, she loved him so much... and she'd never take that for granted. They'd had a some rough times for sure, but she'd never stopped loving him. And she'd never stop. It was so strange to think there'd actually be a day where they wouldn't see eachother again. She groaned and sort of pecked his lips again, a little pout across her face. "Sage I have such a massive crush on you and you don't even know it," she mused softly to him. After a few moments, she smiled and pouted in thought. "I know that really. But in truth I just want to make you happy," she mused softly to him. "I never feel like I'm doing enough," she mused softly. She then sort of moved to peck his lips again. "Ok, ok. Let's make a pact," she mused softly to him. "Neither of us are allowed to die," she concluded with a chuckled.

Sage just have the woman a big grin and a soft chuckle. "We're married, I hope you'd like me at least a little bit," he noted with amusement. "I've been crushing on you since you started bossing me around in the doctor's ward," he hummed, sort of thinking back to it all. It had most likely been when she'd come down to the barn to bring him dinner....she hadn't had to, but she still chose to walk all the way down there just for him, even though he'd been terrible to her before. 'i know," he hummed lightly. "But really you do so much for us already," he added fondly, chuckling when she said they'd make a pact and nodded. "Good, but it'll only work if you pinkie promise," he giggled, holding his pinkie out. Maybe he was spending too much time with the kids...but he could never really do that.

The woman grinned over at him. "I like you a lot," she mused softly to him before moving to peck his lips. She sort of rested on his chest with a small chuckle. "Oh really? Does that mean we can go you then?" She mused gently. She was being honest when she said she was crushing on him, though... she really was. No matter how much she saw him, she always felt like a little girl trying to get attention at the park. "I have such a huge crush on you it's insane," she mused lightly to him. She pouted at his next comment before shaking her head. "That doesn't mean I mind giving you a back rub every now and then," she mused lightly to him. She snorted at his comment before offering him her pinky. "Okay, okay, pinkie promise," she chirped happily.

Sage sort of hummed and then have the girl a fake pout. "Only like," he huffed, before kissing her back and giving her a grin. "I don't mind a backrub here or there either," he noted with a laugh, pecking her forehead as she curled into his chest happily. "Hey, it's the only good way to promise, according to the kids and their friends," he chirped, wrapping his pinkie around her, a stupid and admittedly childish grin plastered across his face as of then.

Mari gave a small chuckle before pouting and moving to sort of play with his hand as she rested on him. "Ok, ok, I love you," she chuckled before moving to peck his fingers happily. "Just ask and you'll receive one then," she chuckled gently to him before sort of moving to press a few lighter kisses to his lips. She then sort of squeezed his pinky when they locked together, and moved to look up at him, nothing but pure adoration in her eyes. She was so lucky to have him. Their whole family. She was so lucky. She just grinned at his comment before moving to press a slightly deeper kiss to his lips. "There. We've made a good promise now," she mused happily.

Sage was more than happy to just lay there and let the girl play with his hand for a bit, giving her a grin in response to her comments. "That's better," he teased lightly before winking at her when she mentiomed the pinkie promise. "I suppose so," he hummed lightly. Hed kissed her back when she pressed her lips to his again though, humming happily and then nestling down into her with a content huff of air. "Hopefully whoever's in charge up there decides to let us keep it," he mused, half amused by it all but also sort of serious. He'd thought Mari was dead before ....and god did it hurt. And she'd seen him in that state too ..neither of them should have to go through that again.

Mari grinned ever at him before rolling her eyes. "You have to say it back to make it true," she mused lightly to him before moving to settle back down again. She sort of kept his hand in hers for a moment, a stupid little grin across her face. "They have to now. I've nearly lost you too many times to actually loose you," she chuckled lightly to him before settling down again with a little grin.

Sage had chuckled softly when she chided him about not saying it back, and he gave her his normal crooked grin in return. "Then I pinkie promise," he chirped happily, settling down again with a sort of hum of agreement. "You'd think they'd get bored of bothering me at some point," he noted, mostly joking but also rather serious and definitely annoyed at who or whatever was in charge up there. He wrapped his arms around her waist once she settled down again and let out a sort of content huff of air, resting his head lightly on hers.
