Fay glared at them, She lookd over at Double checking he was okay. She smiled a bit when she saw him interacting with Brea, The police didn't seem like they were in a good mood. "Sir it's been a long day of reports, can we just get this over with" The same officer replied

Brea chuckled and tried it again earning a small wiggle barely noticeable, She chuckled at the funny feeling of them wiggling.

Andre huffed "well im also in a hurry but may I ask why you ignored Fay? is it because she's shorter? is it because you're jealous she's prettier than you?" he sneered "either way,our tack was stolen from that shed" he pointed to it nochalantly and followed Fay's gaze to Brea and Double

.

Double grinned "there you go! almost perfect"

Fay walked over to double and buried her face in his neck as she hugged him letting out a long sigh, If only she could hug him all day it was stress relieving. The female officer was about to reply to him and the other gave her a look not to, "Thank you sir" The male replied and they went over to the tack room.

Brea chuckled, "It feels weird". She shook her head a bit and looked over at Andre, She let out a soft nicker to him.

"No problem ma'am" Andre grinned and walked over to Brea,he patted her neck and twisted his fingers through her mane to calm himself,he glanced over at Fay with an appologetic look

Double arched his neck to wrap around Fay as if to hug her,he nickered and nibbled at her hair

Fay after a full minute or two pulled away a bit and looked at his mane, She randomly began braiding it. "We can go bareback down a trail tomorrow bud how does that sound?" She asked him even though she knew he couldn't reply and she chose bareback since she had no saddle but she knew she had a spare neck-rope in the back seat of her car, She looked over at Andre and wondered if she should ask him if he wants to go too. She looked back up at Double "Should i?" She asked him in a low voice so only he could hear, If anyone saw her now they would think she's a weirdo talking to her horse.

The officers checked the boot prints and around the room for any finger prints or anything else, Apart from the boot tracks the tack room was basically clean.

Brea snorted loudly, She dropped her head slightly. Her tail flicked at her sides gently, She looked over at Double and Fay watching them for a few seconds then went back to focusing on Andre fiddling with her mane.

(Apparently snorting loudly means a horse is relaxed learnt that yesterday XD)

Double snorted softly and tossed his head up when she asked about the bareback riding,he wanted to go out on trail rides,they were his favourite thing to do,mostly because he was a fan of running around like an idiot and jumping ditches,plus the flowers smelt nice,when Fay asked about Andre he tilted his head and twiddled his ears nudging her away from him and to the boy slightly,again he was agreeing,double didnt understand it all but he got the gist

Andre looked over his shoulder at Fay talking to horse and he laughed to himself "she looks crazy,huh brea?" he asked ironicaly and carefuly started removing knots from the horses mane

(oh okay cool,interesting to know,im actually happy it means they're relaxed,i always thought my horse was pissed when we went riding cause of that lol)

Fay chuckled and walked over to Andre, "Hey, Me and Double are gonna go on a trail ride tomorrow bareback of course do you wanna come?" She asked as she fiddled with her hands.

Brea tossed her head as if to agree with him, She put her head on the gate and relaxed.

Andre chuckled at Brea and ruffled her now knot free mane before turning to Fay "did the horse ask? i saw you two were talking earlier" he said ammused but nodded "I'd love to,but first Ill have to check with my boss" he said shooting a side look at the mare "what do you think?" he asked

Double looked at Brea expectently and nickered "Itll be fun!" he assured

Fay chuckled at Andre, She looked over at brea and gave her a gentle pat on the neck. She watched her waiting for her to react in some way

Brea nickered agreeing to go, "I've never been on a trail ride before" She replied turning to Double. "What's it like?" She asked curiously tilting her head slightly

"The mare has spoken!" Andre laughed rubbing Brea's flank "where is the trail? i havent been on many and none on Brea" he explained focusing on Fay

Double tilted his head "really never!? wow,well its awesome,we go on a ride but its outside through the fields and stuff
