"I know..." She said softly laughing at Charlie as she shoved pieces of pancake into her mouth "She'll be getting teeth any day now too... kinda surprised she doesn't have any yet..." She admitted between bites.

Sage hummed slightly and nodded. "I'm sure she'll start teething soon....she bites everything she comes across," he noted with amusement, still watching the girl proudly. "I suppose when she bites me and leaves a mark I'll know she has something in there," he added on after another couple bits of bacon.

Maxine giggled "since she likes to bite you the most definitely." She giggled kissing his temple "I'll pick up some teething rings next time I go to the store." She assured with a nod.

Sage chuckled and nodded. "I would prefer her to take a chunk out of one of those than out of me," he joked lightly. Then in a more serious tone he added, "and I don't want her to choke on an earring she grabs either, or a button or spike or something." He'd taken to like the whole goth/emo/punk style, so there were lots of little things she could end up choking on on... well...most of his outfits.

"I'd prefer she didn't take a bite out of anything that isn't food..." She snickered before giving him a smirk "Her pulling on your earrings isn't entirely her fault though..." She pointed out "Stop wearing so many shiny and dangly things and she won't want to play with them." She teased.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded, then wrinkled his nose slightly at Max's slight tease. "Well, she'll have to learn not to eat those eventually," he noted with amusement. "Besides, you wear necklaces and stuff and she doesn't go for those," he half grumbled, not really upset, just finding it odd that Charlie always wanted his shiny stuff and not Max's. It was amusing really.

"That's fair..." She chuckled "Well when she does it pull her hand away and tell her no." She told him with a small shrug. "And I don't wear anything aside from my ring as often as you do." She pointed out. After breakfast she did the dishes and sighed contently as Charlie laid across her abdomen and torso "I'm stuffed..." She admitted with a content sigh.

Sage snorted lightly and rolled his eyes. "Really," he hummed sarcastically. "I figured I'd just let her eat me and my accessories," he huffed lightly with amusement. He was teasing. ...and she knew it, so he could have some fun. He put dishes away after she'd washed them, and then plopped down on the couch with a grunt and a nod. 'with you're cooking, I'm going to end up with a dad stomach even though I'm a demon," he chuckled lightly.

"Really." she teased laughing at his comment. When he came over to the couch she giggled again "You mean a dad bod?" she teased "A dad bod? you? Neverrrr" she assured him "Even if you did that would only mean there was more of you to love." she said happily.

Sage chuckled slightly and shrugged. "Is that what they call it? I've been teasing Travis about starting to get one, and here I come along behind him," he laughed. Though, he hummed lightly and grinned over at Maxs comment about it. "Let's just stick with me keeping my appearance as having abs," he snickered. "That way I can continue to tease Travis and get your attention," he noted with a mischievous tone.
