Sage grunted in agreement with her comment about being hungry and nodded. They'd go down to eat soon, he was sure. They hadn't had breakfast yet, so no doubt they were both going to want it as soon as they could get it. The buffet opened in about fifteen minutes though ...so they had a while to go. At least, it seemed like a while. He chuckled at her comment about not being able to see much and then let out a yelp of surprise when Mari dragged him down and onto the bed again. He sort of wrinkled his nose at her, whacking her arm lightly with a sort of mock gasp of offense. "You're so cruel to me," he groaned dramatically, then rolled onto his side to grin over at her happily. "It is pretty great," he agreed, pecking her lips quickly before flopping back down onto his back, a content huff of air coming out of his nose.

Mari grinned over at him, giving a small chuckle. "Awh, did it hurt your feelings?" She teased him lightly to him, pecking his nose happily before settling down. She was tired, but in all truth she was just happy to settle down a little bit. Just a bit of time to relax before they got busy going out to get some food. She just grinned at him... It was all so perfect. They'd managed to get a nice little room compared to some of the other boats, and so far the journey wasn'y taking all too long. She was just so excited about it all, she supposed... just to go somewhere nice.

Sage chuckled lightly in response to her tease and hummed happily in response to her peck. "I got a kiss out of it so we're even," he noted with amusement, reaching over to pat her thigh gently when she flopped next to him. He sort of just moved in to rest his head lightly on her shoulder, lacing his fingers together and resting his hands on his stomach, just happy to get a few minutes to relax before going into another busy area. "Can we bring our dinner back here to eat," he asked after a moment. "I'm peopled out for today," he half chuckled. It was allowed.....so why not? If Mari wanted to stay in the cafeteria and eat that was fine.....but he'd prefer to wait until dinner to do that if at all possible. He just didn't like crowds, especially after the last incident at the market, so hed rather eat the two of them where it was quiet and they could just be themselves. But he understood wanting to eat there too, just for the experience. So he didn't mind doing that once or twice. They had that night and the next morning to do so.

Mari smiled over to him and sort of pecked the top of his head when he settled down. "Well, as long as we're even I suppose that's fine," she chucked softly to him before shrugging. She hummed in thought before giving a small hum. "I suppose. I'd like to have a look about through. I can meet you back here, hm?" She asked gently before going to peck the top of his head again. It was nealy lunch now, so it wouldn't be as busy... but she could definitely see why he'd want some quiet. They could split up for a bit, though. They were about to spend most of the week together, anyway. "Come on, let's go," she chirped happily.

Sage gave the girl and smile and nod in response to her comment, and then chuckled when she said she'd want to look around. "I figured as much," he mused. "That's fine with me," he agreed, getting up with a grunt when she said to get going. "I don't mind eating there tomorrow," he added with a shrug. Mari would be there, and he did want to look around....he'd be nervous being in the crowd, but his curiosity was flaring, so he'd manage. He stayed close to Mari as they wandered down the halls though, and into the dining room. He'd wrapped an arm around her waist, which probably just liked him being a loving husband, but really it was so he wouldn't freak out. It was a rather amusing thought, really. He was absolutely starving by then, though, and he did want to see the dining room.

Mari gave a light smile and went to put her shoes on... they could have a look around together later, but Sages battery had seemed to have ran out by now. So he could rest and have some quiet, and she could just have look around. She just looked so excited... she look over at him, and just sort of noticed him tensing up. She leaned into him a bit when his arm wrapped around her and gave a small smile., sort of a reassuring one. She grinned when they turned into the buffet... for a lunch, there was so much here. She grinned and moved to look around, careful to make sure she was still close to Sage, though. It was pretty, too... like something she'd see in the castle. She felt a bit out of place, but soon tugged Sage along to fill up a few plates.

Sage had relaxed slightly when Mari leaned into him, throwing him a soft smile. He gave her a thin smile back, though soon enough his eyes were darting around the crowd. It was a nice place, though they'd paused to look around and by then he'd nearly frozen there. He followed along when Mari tugged him over to get food, releasing her after a moment to get his plate. He wasn't very comfortable doing so, but he stuck close enough to her he was managing his emotions ok. He gathered up stuff quickly, and then waited for Mari, shifting his weight back and forth nervously. She seemed to hurry too, though, and they rejoined again to walk a bit until they were out of the crowd. He relaxed a bit then, and they separated. He had to admit it was quite nice to just flop down on his bed, alone in the room for a bit. Mari he didn't mind of course....but he was in the quiet and out of other people's way. Which was nice.

Mari made sure to stick close to Sage until they'd made their way out the crowd of people. She didn't want him to be too concerned with any of this. She knew he got a bit antsy when he was tired, so just let him rest happily. "Go rest," she hummed softly, pecking his lips before splitting ways. She ate in the seating area, and sort of moved to look around... there were little shops and things, where they could get souvenirs. She'd decided pretty quickly that they'd have to get some on the way back. She picked up some little snacks, too. The boat was pretty... it had a pool on top, but they wouldn't really be making much use of it or anything, it was just nice to watch the sunset. She was out for about two hours, watching the sun hit the water quietly before giving a small smile and heading back to their room. It would be dinner soon... but she just wanted to actually relax for a little bit.

Once Sage had sat down, he felt himself relax even more. He lay there for a few minutes with his eyes closed, just taking some deep breaths to calm his heart rate and swirling mind down a bit. He was incredibly hungry by then, though, so he moved to grab his plate and eat. It really was delicious...and he ate a rather large meal, more than he normally ate. Once he was done, he sort of just moved to set the plate on the bedside table and grabbed his sketchign stuff, curlign up on the bed to draw a bit as he waited for Mari. He'd started drawing the elaborate dining room, as it had looked quite interesting.

Mari wandered around a little longer, eventually going to wander down towards their room again. She wandered in after a bit, and moved to flop down next to him with a grin. "Hey babe," she chirped to him happily, and sort of pecked his forehead as she tried to see what he was drawing. "It's so pretty out there. There's loads of shops and things, too," she chirped happily to him. She liked it here... and it was going to be wonderful when they arrived, too.
