Sage sort of chuckled in response to her comment, rolling his eyes slightly and turning over to prop himself up on his arm so he could look at her when she flopped down onto the blanket again. "Well if I don't get any how could I ever understand it," he mused lightly before grinning and nodding in repsonse to her peck and comment about the shirt. "Alright," he hummed, taking her hand and hauling himself up to his feet before gathering the blanket and shaking it out before taking her hand as they wandered back towards the house.

Mari looked over at him after a moment, a sort of playful scowl across her face. "Baby you get more love than anyone I know," she mused before leading him back in the house. It wouldn't take long to get ready, she knew that much, especially if they were just going for a wander. The girl hummed softly to to him, and sort of chucked him the shirt and some pants that she thought would look good on him. they'd just get dinner or something, so it wouldn't take too much at all to get everything sorted.

Sage simply chuckled in response to her comment, humming lightly and then catching the clothes she'd tossed his way. He sort of just wandered into the bedroom, brushing sand off of himself in a spot where it wouldn't get everywhere and then swept it up and tossed it before changing into the clothes Mari had picked for him. He figured they'd look good, if she'd picked them out thinking they'd look good on him....but didn't care too much what other people though, he just wanted Mari to think he looked good. He wandered out after getting dressed, then as a second thought grabbed a brush to try and yank the tangles out of his hair. She'd probably appreciate that.

Mari got dressed fairly quickly, soon enough going to brush her hair before flopping down on the bed. She looked pretty normal, to be fair, with a slightly nicer dress to what she'd normally wear on. She looked over at him with a little grin. "So, you planned where we going? Or are we just gonna wing it?" She asked with and all chuckle before going to peck his lips. "I don't know about you, but I'd quite like to end up somewhere other than the streets for a bit," she chuckled lightly.

Sage wandered out, running the brush through his hair fairly quickly, yanking it through the knots that came up. It wasn't the healthiest thing probably, but whatever. He tossed it on the bedside table and plopped down next to Mari, chuckling in response to her comment and peck. "We have reservations at a local restaurant at five thirty," he hummed lightly. "Then we can ship or whatever after if you wanted to," he added with a shrug. "so a bit of both," he chuckled happily.

The woman shrugged and moved to peck his nose. "Sounds good," she chirped to him. She'd take him to a bar later than night, she thought. Then they could come back and just conk out later... it sounded nice, to be fair. "Well then handsome, we best get going, no?" She asked with a small chuckle.

Sage hummed lightly and nodded with a grin, reaching out to find her arm and loop it through hers, just like they always did. He supposed keeping her on his blind side just made him more at ease....he wasn't going to trip or run into something, and if someone was there he'd know. Amber sort of did that for him at home, but when they were out Mari liked to help out and he certainly wasn't going to argue with her about it. It was helpful. And it wasn't something that looked like she was helping him to the public eye...it kept things a bit more private, if that was the right way to say it. Either way, it had become a habit for both of them, and right now he was just excited to get out and about with her. "The resturaunt's just down the street," he hummed. "Walk down a bit and then take a right and it's on the corner," he chirped as they wandered out of the house.

Mari nodded lightly to him before moving to peck his lips, sort of leaning on his side to push him over a little... it was just playing around, but it also helped to take him around the pace, too. She looked over at him with a cocked head as they came across a rather fancy looking restaurant. "This place?" Asked with a small chuckle... it was definitely nice.

Sage hummed happily in response to her peck, not having seen her coming, so it was a rather nice surprise. He chuckled slightly when she gave him the nudge, though he let her push him over easily, since he wasn't exactly sure if she was doing it for a reason or not, though it felt purposeful so she was probably moving him around something. He nodded in response to her comment after moving his head so he could see what she was talking about. "yep," he mused happily, admittedly rather excited about it all....the reviews all said it was a wonderful place, and the prices were right for the food quality. So it should be nice. He moved to wander inside with her, and before long they'd been seated at a table in a comfortable nook under a fancy stair case. He'd picked the seat there because he was more comfortable in a corner, and there'd be a wall on his blind side ....but the view of the rest of the place was pretty neat. So he figured Mari would enjoy it.

Mari grinned over to him, and sort of waddled along as she waited to be seated. It was a nice place, very bubbly at the front where the bar was but refined where they were seated... it was a nice mix, and she was admittedly a bit excited. It wasn't like anywhere she'd been before... the closest places were the taverns she'd worked at but those weren't amazing places to be anyway. This just looked so... nice.
