Adrien sighs and covers his face with his hands. "Sorry, I just don't take well to rude people..." He says hoping he sounded apologetic. He glances at the demon, -I don't see many demons in human form.- He thinks looking up again. This time though, he freezes. Seeing multiple angel wings, gleaming in the sky...

Sage raised an eyebrow in response to his comment but shrugged. "I'm only rude if you're rude," he snorted. He figured it was pretty fair....he really only got mad or annoyed with people if they were jerks. He was about to say something more, but by then he caught a whiff of angel scent. His nose twitched slightly when he started picking up more than one scent. Five of them. Was that really necessary? He cursed under his breath but gave the angels no sign of knowing they were there. He'd have to deal with them though. He pretended to check his phone and stood up. "If you'll excuse me, I have to deal with something," he hummed to Adrien before striding off into the woods.

Adrien nods as the demon walks off. But he knew he smelled them to. He sucks in a deep breath, and teleports nearby the demon. Masking his scent again. -He seems to just be standing there...- He thinks. That's the moment he spots 3 angels jump him...

Sage sort of wandered down around the trees, waiting for the attack he knew would be coming. When the angels jumped him, he immediately lept into action, stabbing one and killing it instantly, and then turning to leap at another, bowling it over and moving on swiftly. He locked into combat with the third quickly, keeping an eye out for the other few he smelled. He wasn't sure where they were. That was, until he noticed one out of the corner of his eye. The temperature dropped suddenly, and he staggered, slowing down enough for one of the angels to get a hit in. He went down like a rock, though when they all lept on top of him he snarled and worked away at them, dropping them one by one. Of course, he wasn't going to live through it...the ground was stained with his blood by then, and he was coughing it up...and there was another angel, somewhere. By the time he soved the last one off of him, he was barely strong enough to turn over to hack up blood and wipe his mouth. He heard a twig creak, and he turned to the angel, only to let out a muffled scream when he felt a searing pain...well, everywhere. Angels had certain powers...their touch was the only thing that could burn a demon. And man, did it hurt. His vision sort of went black for a moment, and now he had blood everywhere and he couldn't breath and couldn't turn over to draw in a breath and he really couldn't help but panic. Was he really going to die like this? It certainly wasn't pleasant...there were many ways he'd rather go out than this.

Adrien see's the demon stumble and fall to his knees. His anger spikes drastically, and his scent masking dropped. He moved quickly, teleporting in front of the angel and slicing his throat with his newly, unhidden sharp tail. He snarls and looks at the almost dead demon. Sighing he walks over to him and kneels down. Teleporting them back to his apartment. He sucks in a deep breath and places his hand on the demons chest. Adrien could see the wounds start to close up and his shoulders relaxed. He stepped back and lifted the demon onto the couch. Once he did so he hid his form and went to the kitchen to make himself dinner.

Sage had passed out somewhere in there....so he really wasn't aware of much that had happened. There was a new scent there, one he hadn't smelled before. His dim brain couldn't place it though, before he passed out. His unconscious body relaxed slightly when the wounds healed up, and he sort of just lay on the couch for a good few hours before he started to come around. He was admittedly pretty confused when he woke up...he wasn't hurt too badly anymore, and he was curled up comfortably on a couch. He sat up slowly with a kind of groan as his head spun for a moment, though that soon faded and he looked around to try and figure out where he was at. He hadn't died...hell didn't have anwhere this nice or comfortable. He couldn't enter heaven, so it wasn't there. Which meant he was somewhere still on earth. His nose twitched when he smelled good cooking, and he glanced in that direction, rather surprised to see Adrien there. He certainly hadn't expected that.

"GOod morning," He checks his watch. "Or should I say evening." He says, eyes tired. "Anyway, hungry? I cooked. Also don't move to quickly, your wounds might reopen." Adrien tells him, disapearing back into the kitchen. He finishes setting the table and making the food He walks out to the table and see's it absent. "Foods ready!" He yells to the living room. He sits down and starts filling his plate. Not bothering to wait for the demon. Once his plate's full he starts eating, hoping he didn't look like an angel eating. They had to keep their backs pencil straight, feet firm on the floor, and nothing even a centimeter off. He had quite a few scars from that... He takes a deep breath and continues to eat his food.

Sage sort of blinked at the guy, still rather bewildered. Adrien had brought him to his house? That was not expected. And certainly very confusing. Though, at his yell for food, Sage's stomach rumbled, so he crept off the couch and limped over into the kitchen, taking a plate and sitting down opposite Adrien with a grunt. Something vaguely familiar about him stumbled around in his head, but he shrugged the thought of since his head still hurt. "Three hours ago you were practically yelling at me to leave you alone. Why the hell did you bring me to you house," he asked after a moment, trying not to sound ungrateful but also just....really confused.

-Ah, there's the question.- He thinks before answering, "Well I heard what seemed to be fighting and saw you bleeding out on the ground so I patched you up a bit and brought you here." He answers. Taking another bite of food. He wished he could be alone. Just so he could be in his full form. He was so tired from keeping it up all the time. He swiftly inhaled and exhaled. Before glancing back up at the demon. -Right. Name- He thinks. "What's your name?" He asks tentativily.

Sage grunted and nodded, though he couldn't help but wonder how this guy could have patched him up so well in such a short amount of time. Or...at all, really. "Thanks," he sort of mumbled, almost embarrassed about it. He was definitely embarrassed that he'd been bested in a fight....though there had been quite a few angels. "I don't think eight of them was really necessary," he grumbled, though glanced back over at Adrien when he spoke up. "Sage," he said after a surprised moment of silence. Then, a moment later, he added, "I can leave after dinner. I don't want to bother you." He was exhausted, yes, and he wished he could stay, but he wasn't going to lounge in this guy's house uninvited. Plus....he had to kill him. He didn't want to make friends. But for some reason, thinking about killing the guy made his stomach churn.
