About the Breed
------
The Zulloni horse, bred and originated in the Zulloni Flats, a harsh island off the coast of Europe barren and filled with predators. It is said these wild beasts are descendants of escaped Spanish horses, with some racing and draft breeds tossed in. They have strong, long legs to beat any Thoroughbred stride or perform the most delicate of dressage moves. Their hooves are naturally pointed and look delicate as well, and are more often a dark tan even with no markings. They have sloped shoulders, a well-rounded barrel, and a broad end. They have a large neck that slopes perfectly to their shoulder, and a slightly chiseled face like racing Arabs. However, they can come in varying heights and builds. Some are taller and broader, like the Draft side, while others are refined and smaller, like the Pony side.

Zulloni are known for expressive markings. They have an amazing wow factor in any ring and are suitable for any discipline or job. Lately those wow factor horses have dropped, and now the more common chestnut, bay, black, and buckskin can be found. Now, the Zulloni are domesticated into hard-working and loyal mounts if you have the time and patience, and 80% of the breeding stock are located in the Zulloni International Stud (More commonly referred to as the Zulloni Stud).

About the Stable

Zulloni Stud is located in Kentucky, and sits in the front portion of 500 acres. Most of that is expansive trails, cross country courses, and hidden ponds or cabins for riders to discover. The back 100 is farm land, so all feed given to these horses is produced on the farm. The front 100 is stable land. 10 acres

The main drive is about a mile long, with quaint cottages for riders and trainers complete with a fenced in yard for pets and a small flower garden for those interested, and the front two pastures are for retirees. Large oak trees line the expanse of the drive, just outside of the pristine white fences. The drive opens to a large parking area, situated next to a small office for check-ins or trainers. Next to that is a smaller stable for injured, foaling stalls, aqua-therapy, and other health or performance related items. A couple hundred feet past that is the large stable. Skylights adorn the roof, and light wood accents on the stalls provide a nice contrast to the dark concrete. The main stable has:

Appearance: Westie is a cowboy right out of the movies. Dirty blonde hair, green eyes, charming smile and western accent, Westie is good-looking even to people not interested in guys. Westie's hair is just around the color of hay, and horses have casually tried if it was good or not. His emerald green eyes draw you in and his charming smile finishes of his cowboy looks.
Personality: Westie is a great guy to help you out. He enjoys being useful and sometimes is restless if there's nothing to do. Westie has a surprisingly short temper and gets upset quicker than he'd like to admit. Westie usually has a slight western accent, but it turns southern real quick when he's mad, and then he's even more upset because near no one can understand and hear him through the deep accent, even though knows it his fault.
Backstory: Westie was raised on his family's ranch, where the whole Payne family lived. Aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and ranch hands he knew better than half the family. Westie was home schooled and was taught to ride before he could walk. Westie was early on gives a choice of what he wanted to ride and was pressured by cousins who wanted him to be cool to do bronc riding or something dangerous and cool. But he made his choice: western pleasure. It was meant to be, west was even in his name. Westie grew up and continued riding professionally for the Payne family ranch until he heard the call at Zulloni Stud. He quickly packed his bags and was off to a new adventure.
