A virus, called Tycartia, swept across world wiping out many humans, cyborgs, and animals. Rumors arise that the ancient sea colony, called the Strattoners, had made this virus in their labs and were holding the antidote. It had been known for years that their queen had been trying to seize control over the world. Strattoners were born with the gift of brainwashing others, although very few did not have this gift. Perhaps Tycartia was an attempt by the Strattoners' queen to take over the world? Who knows. Will you travel to their colony to find the antidote, or wait until it all blows over?

I made this plot ages ago, and have been itching to actually make it. So here it is! Hopefully it catches some interest. PM me if I forgot anything ^^

2. No controlling the other person's character
3. No perfect characters. Your character must have at least two weaknesses

Rp Notes
~A few Strattoners will not have the brainwashing gift. PM me first though so I can keep the amount down
~Strattoners are immune to Tycartia
~This is futuristic, which means there are hovercars, robot pets, high-tech phones, etc.
~ID chips will be in everyone's wrists, to unlock doors to their houses, start their cars, etc.
~A couple people will be immune to Tycartia (PM me first)

Tycartia
Stage one: Large, dark blue bruise-like spots rimmed with red appear on the skin
Stage two: Loss or hearing and/or sight, bruise-like patches begin tingling
Stage three: Bruise-like patches now feel like burning yourself on a hot pizza pan
Tycartia does its work fast, and the person hardly feels anything other than that burning sensation. Eventually the person dies, unless given the antidote

Strattoners
The Strattoners are basically humans who live underwater. They can breathe underwater, although they have buildings that have oxygen in them for human visitors and for experimenting in their labs. Their brainwashing isn't exactly brainwashing, they can just make themselves look different in the brainwashing victim's eyes and take control over their body for up to five minutes. Many of them are expert scientists.
