Tismere Valley Tismere Valley, a part of the world that is truly untouched by humans. Nestled between two large mountains, Tismere Valley is what some would consider a hidden gem. Complete with lush, forested areas, multiple open expanses that are covered in a thick bed of fresh green grass, and a crystalline river that cuts right through the heart of it, Tismere Valley is the kind of place that would take your breath away if you got the chance to see it. Not only is the land pure and untouched, but so are the animals, including the local population of wild horses. Free to roam wherever they please, many of these horses, if not all, have never before laid eyes on a human and they probably never will. However, despite the lack of human presence, the population of the herd has stayed relatively low. While humans are not the problem here, predators, in fact, are. Due to the excessive amount of prey in prior seasons, the number of predators has risen exponentially whilst the prey number has lowered. With a more limited food supply, the horses are on all the big predator's radars. No one ever said that survival in Tismere Valley was easy. Accidents happen, and predators are always looking for their next meal. This is just simply survival of the fittest. Welcome to Tismere Valley. |

Character Name Nephele Age Seven Gender Mare [Female] Role Within The Herd Herd Mare Breed Spanish Mustang Appearance Built exactly like a true Spanish Mustang, for the most part, Nephele falls into typical height and weight categories for the breed. The mare stands at approximately 13.2 hands in height and weighs in at about 850 pounds. Her whole body is covered in smooth muscle, but it's most apparent on her chest, shoulders, and rump. Her back is shorter in length and her tail is low-sat on her rump, further demonstrating her Spanish Mustang heritage. Her neck is thicker and leads up into a slender head with a sharply defined nose and jaw. Both of her eyes are chocolate brown in color and are framed by thick dark lashes. Though, oftentimes they appear to be hidden underneath her medium-length forelock. Her coat is smooth and solid black in color. This mare doesn't sport any sort of markings, making her remarkably plain. Both her mane and tail are black in color as well, with the ends fading into a sort of sunbleached red.

Likes -Cool and rainy days are her favorite; she loves the smell of petrichor. -Having time to herself is also another small pleasure she takes enjoyment in, seeing as it doesn't happen often anymore. -As long as she has immediate access to food and water and there's no danger around, she's a pretty content mare. Dislikes -Nephele despises those who overplay their hand when it comes to positions of power. She believes that there is a fine line between leading and controlling. -She actively avoids those who start arguments; drama isn't really her style. -Even though she's a fan of what many call dreary weather, she heavily dislikes storms. She doesn't like the thunder and lightning that come with them. Strengths -Being extremely intuitive, Nephele often relies on her intuition to help her avoid situations that cause her distress. There are many times when she doesn't listen to this though. -Along with her intuition is a profound sense of logical reasoning that many horses develop over the course of their whole lives. She considers herself to be lucky because of this. Weaknesses -As friendly as Nephele is, socializing is not her strongest skill. She often finds that even when she's trying to be polite, she's rather callous. -Whilst she's not the smallest animal in Tismere Valley, she definitely isn't the largest. Despite being in shape and healthy, she's still very much at risk. Overall Personality Being a fairly young mare, Nephele is exceptionally chill and aware of her actions. The mare is almost always seemingly lost in her own thoughts. You oftentimes won't find her joining in on the social banter within the group, but instead listening to it and watching how others react to what's being said. She does that a lot; observing her herd mates and watching their fleeting social interactions. It's not even because she dislikes socializing, but because she's rather horrendous at it, in all honesty. She always comes off as disinterested and disconnected. With that being said though, Nephele is a wonderful choice to come to if you're in need of unopinionated advice. Other

He is a blue roan with his roaning raching to his withers. He is about 915 pounds with a fluffy blue roan coat and long mane and tail to protect himself from flies in the summer. Frostbite has a longer back but not too long so he can both carry weight and have smooth strides. His mane flops on both sides covering a few small scars from when he was a yearling. He has 2 hind coronet bands and a star and snip on his face. All four of his hooves are black except his two hind white and black striped hooves. Likes -Grooming with other herdmembers -Scratching on bushes and trees -Being the only stallion in the herd Dislikes -Getting challenged by other stallions -Foals being annoying Strengths -Keeping track of everyone and everything so nothing goes wrong -Finding safe areas Weaknesses -Traveling to another territory or area -Finding good food in a bad winter Overall Personality Frostbite is a very careful horse and most of the time, thinks before doing anything but also curios. He always puts everyones safety first but sometimes he can be a little over protective. If you can get over how protective he is, Frostbite is pretty chill and friendly. He will listen to others and is somewhat social. He can be a bit competitive sometimes and does not get angry easily. He only really likes doing things his own way and kind of a ladies man. He really likes hanging out with all of his herd members grooming, grazing and playing. |

She isn't built for much either way, although is uniform and relatively correct in her conformation. Her body does have the sleek tuck to it as most Thoroughbreds do, however, her hindquarters and chest are thick and built for powerful, quick turns. Her neck is short and chunky and connects to a delicate stock-like head. Her olive-colored eyes are set to give a kind, open look. Her coat is sable champagne with hints of dun throughout (Mostly along her legs and a slight brown look). Her front shoulders and legs are covered with a tobiano blanket, and all have spots of color beneath them. On her side is an oddly shaped somatic marking, and her overall look is finished with a delicate snip.
