The Plot: . In a world controlled by a tyrannical government, there exists a twisted tradition known as the Assassin Schools. Every three years, twelve Prodigies are selected from these schools to compete in an arena where only the strongest and most skilled will survive. These Prodigies have been trained since they turned the age of 13 years old, pushed to their limits in order to become skilled and lethal fighters. . The One Arena is a brutal reminder of the governments power and control over its citizens. It is a fight to the death, with only one victor emerging at the end. The winner is granted a life of luxury and extravagance, showered with gifts and admiration from both the citizens and the government itself. Additionally, the school receives much-needed supplies to three years as a reward for producing such a skilled assassin. . As each new cycle of Prodigies enters The One Arena, they must battle not just against each other but also against their own morality. They are forced to confront their darkest instincts in order to survive, knowing that failure means certain death. But deep down, some still harbor hopes of an uprising in the schools against the oppressive regime that has forced them into this savage spectacle. . This dystopian society thrives on fear and violence, using it as a tool to maintain control over its people. The Assassin Schools serve as a grim reminder of what happens when one dares defy authority - they are erased without hesitation or mercy. In thus ruthless world where survival of the fittest reigns supreme, only those willing to kill without remorse can hope to emerge victorious from the deadly competition in The One Arena. |

Roleplay Rules: . 1. Follow all of HEE rules, anyone caught breaking them will be taken out. In the roleplay we will say they were killed off. . 2. Your character will die. There is only one victor, unless of course we all come to an agreeable decision. . 3. That being said, do not go into detail if your character does end up taking someone one. Keep things PG-13. This includes explicit scenes, if there are any to hapoen, fade them to black. . 4. This is a Literate to Semi-Literate roleplay, the people are humans so please don't make they have purple skin, wings, horns, etc. . 5. I expect at least 300 words per post, you are encouraged to write more and it would be greatly appreciated. Make sure this goes to your form as well. . 6. Any disrespect to myself or other roleplayers in the group and you will immediately be kicked out. . 7. If you are to use images, make sure they are fully credited. . 8. You are allowed to play up to two characters, preferably a male and female, that is all. Reservations last 48 hours and you may ask for a 12 hour extension. . 9. Dystopian Laws: . 1. Any disrespect to authorities and punishment will be held. . 2. If anyone tries to escape the One Arena, there will be an overall punishment. Be careful what you do. . 3. Prodigies are banned from harming one another until the One Arena. . 4. You may for alliances and such. . 5. You are allowed to volunteer as being one of the years Prodigies. . 6. There will be one victor. And one victor only. . 7. Prodigies that are chosen from each school will be between 15 and 19 years of age. . 8. Any doings to mock the government is punishable by death. |

The One Arena: . The arena is solely based on a flooded forest. The Prodigies are introduced into the One Arena by caves, there are 12 different caves meant for all 12 of the Prodigies. The opening of the cave is blocked off by a wall of different sized boulders, Prodigies will need to remove or knock down these boulders and rocks to get out - as they are not provided with food, water, or any weapons of any kind in the very beginning. If a Prodigy fails to exit their cave, they will either starve or be flooded in by the water in the forest outside. When the Prodigies escape their cave, they are welcomed by the eerie sight of a dark, fog covered forest - wherever they step being covered with water up to their knees. All of the caves are fairly close to each other, and it is normal for the Prodigies to start their sprees right then and there. Others will run into the forest, finding shelter, food, and safe water to drink. There are 24 chests hidden around the Arena, each holding materials essential for surviving, whether that be food, medicine, or weapons, the Prodigies have been told about these chests beforehand. It is unlikely that two or more Prodigies will not find the same one, and is a common case into why most of the Prodigies are take down by others. They need to survive and it will take everything to do so. The expanse of the Arena is miles long, so the event takes up to a few weeks to complete. Around the Arena is a tall stone wall, the side facing the inside of the One Arena being covered in poisonous spikes and an electrocution system. No-one can leave the Arena until the event has finished. There are all sorts of creatures inside this flooded woodland, from normal, everyday animals such as birds, wild dogs, and deer - which are alk wonderful for hunting and food in general, but there there are the things you really need to watch out for. Such as; The Katri, A giant cat-like creature that preys on not only animals but humans as well, it coming in a rang of colors with dark shades. The Urchan, A small blood sucking creature that is much like a leach, with the exception of its teeth being filled with venom that can paralize its victim for hours on end. The Mahlag, A massive shark-like swimming creature with 8 eyes and a human eating appetite. It is darker colors and will usually hang out in the bigger bodies of water. There are more creatures preying on the Prodigies, but those will be shown later on. |

He wasn't born for this- to live with the fear of being chosen every three years. But now that he's been chosen... Why would you force older teenagers to fight in the first place unless you were sick in the head? Actually, they probably are. Appearance: Detailed Personality: When first meeting the man, the thing most people recognize is his charming aura and sociable nature. Some may think Corey to come off as overconfident or even cocky - but never arrogant. The young man will be the first to speak up in a matter of conversation and is quite understanding when it comes to awkward moments in speaking, and does his best to continue the conversation smoothly. He is an incredibly loyal boy, to the point where he would risk or even give his life just for the chance of someone he loves or cares deeply for to survive. He has been known to be more than just a little but open about his life and having the tendency to trust people way before he can actually get to know them. This often causes him to get into some sort of trouble or danger - he has been getting better with controlling it, and he knows he has to be extra careful with this in The Arena. When it comes to romantic relationships, he often sees the person as a friend in which flirt back and forth - and doesn't seem to take it seriously if they confess their liking to him. He can become extremely protective when it comes to the safety of his loved ones and often takes the blame or burden for them if he can. Again, he would sacrifice himself for their safety. Negative relationships, while Cormac has few, are hard for him to deal with. People usually like him, or grow to like him, so if someone dislikes the young man it burdens heavy to his heart and mind. It is a completely different scenario if he himself despises a person, the completely ghosts them - giving the person the silent treatment with a few sneers and grimaces thrown in as well. He can become quite defensive if approached about these things and especially when confronted when someone says he's done something wrong or incorrect. Overall, Cormac is a golden retriever of a boy and wouldn't hurt a fly... Unless provoked, or if someone is threatening him or his loved ones. . -:- . ° . -:- .
