She finds out, and knowing that the king will make the situation in Gwenore way worse, she gets really angry at her parents and runs out to the (I forgot the word where the Knights all sleep and do stuff together blah blah) and then insectoids attack. (just another idea using your ideas) (Also, I really love insectoids because they're super creepy)
