I don't really mind either. I've had an idea to tie it into our stories though. I've forgotten what we've said about the arena's and who owns them. But maybe the shows run every week like you said depending who owns them maybe there at a different venue every week. As there are 4 weeks in a HEE Year, maybe 4 different venues. This part doesn't have to happen and may not work anyway!! At the end of a HEE we can use the leaderboard to work out whose champion for that year. Which would mean you'd have to refresh the leaderboard every month. Don't know if something like that would work?

I'm happy to reset the leaderboard at the end of each month, I can post the weekly results on the forum too if need be.
Here are the arena details: Old Mill Farm - owned by Anna Lavern - cross country arena Carreg Las - owned by Olwen Roberts - dressage arena Pengelli Manor - owned by the Marshall family - jumping arena The Havenshire details post is here for easy reference. Those are just the names of the places that I put on my arenas, it doesn't mean that we have to say all of the events take place there. We can alternate the venues.
I had an idea of each of us hosting our own shows like the Old Mill Show, but we can each have different classes to change things up for the blogs.

Yes, well I suppose there are certain limits with the arena's anyway that we can't do anything about, so it doesn't hurt to change it slightly in our blogs. That sounds like a good idea. How would it work? Ebol Wen Stables said: I'm happy to reset the leaderboard at the end of each month, I can post the weekly results on the forum too if need be.

Hosting our own shows would be much like the way we do the Old Mill Show. We'd have to either use the arena or HEE show results, polls or a random number generator for the results. I know that Tredon and Follyfoot have both got blogs with show classes and events ideas or calendars and I have intended to do the same but haven't had the chance, so all we'd need to do when we want to host and write about a show is get the other stables to say which horses and riders they want to enter and we'd be free to write the show blog. If the other stables want to write about the results afterwards we can do that too. It would just mean that we wouldn't have to co-ordinate as much as we do with the Old Mill Show. It's difficult for us to all have enough free time at the same time, so we'd be able to host these whenever we want without needing too much input from each of our stables, only entries needed. Plus we'd probably all have some different classes so it could be fun, and we don't need to do all of the classes, just one or two events would work well too. On our club page I've put some of the show events under the 'club contests' section. These are just ideas so feel free to add or edit anything that you might think of. Club Contests Old Mill Show Classes: Veteran over 15 Youngster Under 3 Dressage Cross Country Show Jumping In Hand Beginners Carriage Driving Rare Breeds Cross Breeds Triumph through Adversity Pony Club Classes: Under 11's Lead Rein Best Turned Out Best Show Pony Fancy Dress Riding Club Classes: Dressage Cross Country Show Jumping Haven County Show Classes: TBD Edited at November 7, 2020 05:35 AM by Ebol Wen Stables

I think thats a much better way of doing it!! I still haven't caught up with the last Old Mill show. So maybe when I do have another show, it would be just as easy to do your idea, Ebol Wen. Though, would I need my own arena's? I've always thought it might be fun to have my own. I just have to save up for them, that's all!!

You could use the results from Ebol Wen's arenas, just message if you want something specific set up for that week or months shows.

Hi, How are you doing? I've gone a bit ballistic with blogs I'm afraid!! There's a review of each rider in the Year 136 folder. I've also continued the story.
