Welcome to the Epic Discussion thread for the Bayridge Stables Equestrian RP Bayridge Stables, owned and operated by Juliana Schofield, is an all encompassing equestrian facility - with amenities for boarding, training, and lessons. There is also a competitive riding team for those who enjoy showing. While the main focus of BRS is English disciplines (hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage, and cross country), Juliana also takes in rescues and rehabilitation cases to provide TLC and training until they can get adopted into their forever home. ⦁ 6 Horse 10'x10' external pipe corral stabling area with manure bay, wash rack, 6 hitching posts and two bathroom units
⦁ Full Sized Regulation Outdoor Dressage Ring - includes 4 bleachers, two judges booths, and an announcers stand
⦁ 300'x300' outdoor arena (simple rail split along center line at 150' easily taken down) with a multitude of jump rails, standards, and fillers. Includes a Show Office, Judges booth, Announcers stand, and bleachers
⦁ Cross Country Course with two Start boxes, Announcers stand, Water access, and a multitude of permanent natural cross country jumps (tables, oxers, verticals, ditches, coffins, banks, platforms, skinnies, chevrons)
⦁ 8 half acre dry lot turn outs (for individual or couple turn outs)
⦁ 7 1.4 acre paddock turn outs [medium quality grass kept short] (for small group turn outs) (North Paddock 3 is for 24/7 turnout)
⦁ 5 1.5 acre pasture turn outs [good quality lush grass for grazing] (for small-large group turn outs)
⦁ Every turn out includes a 200 gallon water trough with fresh water (hose & spigot located nearby) and a 32'x18' three-sided shelter
⦁ Large pond in the Cross Country Field
⦁ 18' perimeter sand/dirt track
⦁ Two gated farm entrances (requires a code or call for access)

⦁ Helmets must be worn when riding
⦁ No riding before 5 am or after 9 pm
⦁ Leave areas neater than you found it
⦁ Keep your areas clean - Stall Fronts, Tack/Feed Room, The Lounge
⦁ No Smoking or Drugs on the property
⦁ No Alcohol - No Underage Drinking
⦁ No one under 16 on the ATV
⦁ No one under 21 on the Tractor
⦁ No Bullying

The stable has plenty of room as well as North Pasture 2 and 3 have open spots for 24/7 turnout. @Sky Jumper - Do you have a preference for where Harley and Outlaw are housed? Heather Storm's Relation Heather Storm - 22 | Female | Boarder Note: I might have her think about trying out for the competition team way later in the role. | Izzy Greene | = | Heather doesn't know much about Izzy but admires her hard working nature and her horses seem to enjoy the woman's presence. | | Grey Kerr | =+ | Heather finds Grey's presence a bit more comforting than the rest in the barn - she kinda looks up to him in a way. She admires his riding and horsemanship. | | Dr. Kieragan McCoy | + | The young woman has always been pleased with Dr. McCoy's work whenever it's time for either Eclipse's or Etria's check up. Heather is always seen quite mellowed out around that time since she knows that her horses are in good hands. | | Jules Schofield | = | Heather hasn't spent a ton of time so far in training with Julianna, but likes the way that the woman teaches. | | Faye Winters | = | Despite hearing the woman's bubbly/happy-go-lucky nature in the early mornings when she's in the stables. Heather admires the woman's clothes that she made herself and Faye's horsemanship. | | Saeya Hunter | = | Heather admires Saeya's hardworking nature but when she sees the woman not taking a break, concern raises in her eyes as she'll sometimes walk over to the girl, offering a snack with a bottle of water. | | Thrya Dröfnsson | = | Heather doesn't know much about Thrya but admires the woman's riding. | | Kat Payne | = | Having seen Kat around the stables a few times. She could always catch the smell of coffee every morning in the stables. She could recall a few memories where Kat has accidentally scared her, resulting to the brunette almost clumsily dropping a horse brush in the wash/groom stall a few times. | | Jack Willams | = | Heather has seen Jack when he's in the stables or outside reading a book. She admires the man's easy going nature as the brunette often wishes that she was as easy going as him. The brunette will often times see him look quite tired in the mornings. | | Maggie Stilwater | =/ | Heather tries her hardest to be open with Maggie while being nice but with her anti-social nature, her social awkwardness would come off as quite standoffish at times which makes the woman more soically awkward.
