Bayou Gulch Ranch said: Is there a straw thread for KNN stallion straws anywhere. I have seen a thread for Coldwater each year, but what about other breeders. Is there a centralized location or must I personally pm breeders if I am interested in a KNNLB stallion?
A majority of them you do have to PM the owner to get the straw, as KNN aren't as big as WB are, and WB dominate the straw forums for the WB/KNN Category. Usually one is able to easily get a LC from a stud though since they aren't used as fast as other breeds. A lot of people here also would more than likely be happy to sell you some straws for the right price.

Also - where are the prizes listed for the recruitment contest?

Looking for club matching suggestions for two maiden mares. Prefer top 20 Eventing KNN sires with LPLP patterns please. I have reserved straws to Efi and Ast for next year, but they are both leopards.

I'd maybe try him with those two https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=15517526
They are both weak in Int and he's strong in it

No real smart boys among the top 20 LB. Best options are the ones not showing a weakness like Waterloo, Acheloos, Virtuoso.
Since Hercules was sent on trail rides I'm not convinced on his training. I've had no good results matching with him. Possibly it's just bad luck but I'm no longer using him as the training is so suspect.
If she was mine, I'd breed that lovely EEE filly with Waterloo + int glass. He is my own boy so it feels a little weird to be recommending him, but he is not particularly weak in int at least and she has the strength he needs. And most EEE KNN mares are worth risking the extra expense of a glass for. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=17061769

Waiting to see this boy's week nine. He's homo P2 so if he's good enough I'll try to breed the roan out. But I am happy with what I'm seeing so far. I suspect I'm going to see low INT with that week 8 and those ratings though. Not that this would be much of a surprise :D

I agree on the int prediction Llama.
But you're starting to get plenty of nice fillies as shown and EEEs now so pretty soon you might end up using just EEE studs :)

https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=17854907 I hope I'm not getting my hopes up way too high with him ;-; He's the best training colt I've had in awhile, and I already have a name and art idea for him XD

Thanks for all the kind advice. Waterloo with INT glass looks like my choice. Really want a stallion with LPLP, so I don't have a pattern fallout. He meets all my criteria.
