He's got a minimal tobi pattern (see the lightning-bolt on the hip)? He doesn't have frame. He's light colored from being champagne AND roan AND varnish.

So I've been breeding for a few years now. The first year (month) I bred anything to anything as long as they where all wild. Then I learned to breed PEP to EPE or such, trying to breed good to better and so on. Most of the time I would get PPP or the same and an occainsal better. I started tracking training almost right away but only now, almost 18 months into playing have I started to understand. So here comes the questions.
wk 4: 1 1 1 1 1 2 (those 2's are the strongest this young horse trains in)
wk 5: 1 2 2 2 1 2 (the new 2's are the next strongest)
wk 6: 1 2 2 2 2 2 (the new set of 2's are the weakest)
wk 7: 2 2 2 2 2 2
So if I bred a EEE and a PPP together and as is normal, got a PPP child. Those numbers are the moms. The child at this point is.
4: 1 2 1 1 1 1
5: 1 2 2 2 2 2
6: 2 2 2 2 2 2
Baby has only trained this far, but I'm trying to figure out, has the baby improved over the mom? In week 5, baby does have one more 2 over the mom. I don't like breeding and the baby turning out worse but I have a hard time figuring out if the baby is better or not. My guess, at week 7 the baby is going to stay the same.
Whats the verdict, just by numbers, is the baby better?

Training-wise, the baby is stronger than its mother. Breeding-wise is impossible to tell until baby starts reproducing. We don't have a way to tell how good of a producer a horse is until it produces.

The foal's training is better than his mother's indicating that the stats have been leveled out a little. Ideally you don't want any stats down week 5, so 5/6 is better than 4/6. However training is just an indication for how good a horse will produce. You'll have to wait and see.
