I really shouldn't be surprised at how nasty some people can be living in a huge influencer area, but damn. I still get surprised 🤡

I've not seen much, if any, for sale in my area, though I'm in CA so you'd have to cut and bale early just for it to still be wet

My dad's been doing this for over 35 years. He knows how to properly harvest wet hay.

So hair is NEVER super straight. So I would add some curves and stuff to the hair. What program do you use?

I use ibis paint. So I suggest getting that. It's free! I can also mentor you in our ways

@Cain
(Looking at the dark blue roan/grullo piece)
I like the hair a lot and the horse has a really nice texture. Pretty well grounded. I'd say the main two things to look at are lighting and muscling. The shadows that I assume are meant to be muscling seem very random to me. They are not quite anatomically correct. I would reccomend googling 'horse musculoskeletal system' and take a look at some of the diagrams that pop up for reference. Lighting, the horse is very light compared to the background. Lowering the brightness of the horse layer significantly would help a lot. After doing that, look at your light source. From what I can tell, the light source is coming from the rear relight area of the background. Base your highlights on that. Good luck!

@Gem
I'm actually putting together three or four premades to auction off at once :D It may be a few days before I get them all done though 😅
Speaking of, any idea on a SB for something like this? Should I do an AB or just see how high bidding goes?

@Breezie
OoOooOooOhhhhhhhh
Im intrigued.....
SB at least 50k. I do like having ABs in art auctions, I know some people don't but that's just my preference. I'd reccomend around 300k so there's still plenty of room to bid. It's strange for me not to have any suggestions, lol! Being really picky, I recommend taking a look at the lighting on the (viewer's) left back leg. And maybe distinguish the other back leg from the tail a little more <3
