yeah, my AAs have a lot of frame, my SHs and TBs don't (apart from my TB braves, there frame runs rampant), it's always a risk when breeding two frames together.

I'd say you could bump to 20k. Not that I'm the best artist or anything, but if you'd like some help and tips my mailbox is always open :)

Make sure your horse is sized correctly to your background. How tall is your horse supposed to be compared to grass, fences, buildings, etc.
Adding shadows beneath the horse will make it look more like it really is in the picture instead of sitting on top of it.
Your markings are blended too much on the sabino. Make them look deliberate and clear. This is difficult to do with speckled markings like that, admittedly. I would recommend looking at Vixen Studio's video guides.
The glow around a horse should be subtle and use the same light color as in the background. I don't usually have it go around manes/tails.
Drawing manes and tails takes a lot of practice, practice, practice. Look at Vixen Studio's videos and then practice even more.
Make sure your horse looks like the light is shining on it from the same light source that's affecting the rest of the background.
