It's almost looking like it would be easier in the long run to live apart for another year and just buy a trailer. The mortgage on a cheap trailer would be cheaper than the rent on a crappy apartment in a high-crime area.

Wow, ok, thanks Jello! I might just keep going with premade pieces at the moment as I don't really feel confident enough in my art to start taking orders.
