I've read the forum, and tried every online file converter and image resize... I can't get the image below 229 kb does anyone have a solution for this..

Never-ending I figured out my issue. I found that an image needs to be under 100 kb as there are 1000 bytes per kb to make sure it's compressed enough for the server. I used
