its sad though because these old people dont ever get their feet done till they take the horses to the track where the boarding facility and trainers take care of it. all the horses are fat and healthy well some are too fat and foundering and ive found a fuulllll side job of trimming their horses. its so severe

It has been a VERY long time since ive used GIMP.

but you should be able to:

File -> open as layers. then select your line art.
