They just opened a derm in my town so I may give them a call and see what they offer. But if I can help it with oils I shall do it

I keep running into the same issue where there are too many bytes to upload a picture for a horse avatar. I also need to resize my pictures - what's the best way to do this? If it's a website please share!

I have a resizer I like to use but it WRECKS image quality.
