I'm thinking of making a little shop for my silhouettes, but I'm not sure where they would go since they're not really tier worthy because they're not a traditional manip... would I just put them under the general art shop forum? Or stick them in tier 3 anyways?

In my opinion, tier 3 gets a lot more traffic than the general art shop forum. Of course, this is based off my own habits :)
