Is that risk of sleeping still possible the next day though? I got smacked in the head yesterday, and was as ok as I could be for the situation, but I woke up this morning with weird symptoms

And contrary to popular belief you don't need to be tackled or hit hard suffer a concussion. Even a slight jolt to the body can cause one that's why it's important to be checked out by a doctor and cleared before returning to school and extracurricular activities

Have someone flash a light in your eyes. If there is no reflex you have a concussion. Go to urgent care. If you go to sleep it could be even worse or you just don't wake up at all.

They can't diagnose it however they can bring it up to your parents who would be required to have you examined before returning to school since a concussion can affect your learning

But could the nurse do anything? At my school they pretty much just do the band-aid/ice trick since that's really all they are allowed to do.

Go to the school nurse and state that you feel that you may have a possible concussion. Especially since you've had a couple already you're already more prone to suffering reinjury

The hard thing is, I have to go to school tomorrow and that's going to be rough, I can't just go home, my parents will say I'm being 'over dramatic' and that I'm 'blaming others' for the what happened >.>

Yeah concussions are serious and if not given the proper time to heal and recover can lead to lifelong problems. In order for me to coach soccer I have to be trained and certified yearly in concussion training because of how dangerous they are.

Wolf, limit all screen time, reading or anything that stimulates your brain. Honestly I'd go see a doctor to be checked for a concussion

But I have a really bad headache, that feels inside my head, and ringing in my ears, along with extra tiredness, and a hard time concentrating this happened yesterday afternoon. But the sympotoms have carried into today/night

We were collecting wood in the back of a little trailer attached to a 4x4 thing, my dad was driving, she randomly decided to stand up while he was driving, knowing our land is bumpy. She fell, she elbowed/caught me in the head coming down so she wouldn't fall >.>
