hm so why is it called exact rather that just saying nothing? SSP exact means something different to me than minimum SSP. I get its what the breeder picked up but still, a little confusing in terms.

Exact rating just means that there has to be at least a P in jumping, while for the others it has to be at least S (or higher)

It means that mares that are PSS for example can't breed to him because they need to be *at least* exactly SSP. Anything higher than SSP can still breed to him

Sounds strange I know... I have a strange addiction to hamsters as they're so cute, I cry of awe when I see one, lol.

So I'm looking for someone who could do me a horse avatar or bio image with russian hamsters on, horse doesn't have to be any particular colour, or in any case not in any need of a horse, kinda free reign there.

I just want russian hamsters lol, and maybe a mushroom here and there (I'm feeling greedy today).

Budget is 50-70k, not sure how pricing works to be honest, guessing that's tier 3-4.
