I am currently on the search for someone willing to do a kelpie-themed piece of art for me. This will be an all-cuts piece (a desktop background/wallpaper would be an amazing addition as well) and I do have quite a few ideas for it, so you have more than just ``kelpie`` to go off of.

My budget is 800k, but I can go up to 1m if necessary, :)

I am also willing to pay 50% upfront.
