Pretty sure you can't change the end time once people have started bidding on the auction says so in the rules - If you set an end time, the auction must end at that time. You can use the forum time stamp to see who had the last bid before the end. So it should be ending the 20th as that's what you had it as. Don't want you to get in trouble

I will be restarting this auction due to the fact I have not been on to advertise , letting it get lost in threads, bidders bids will be automatically put on the new auction

Would this... Not just go to the person that bid? Someone already bid and should have won the piece. Do not believe you can cancel and auction with bids on it, especially just because you were unable to bump it.....

You cannot change the end date and you cannot restart an auction just because you have not been on to advertise due to the fact that people had bid. The piece goes to the winner who bid 70k.
