I use a velvet scrunchie at night and I braid it to protect it, and I'll throw it up for convenience, but most of the time I leave it down. I had some patchiness around my hairline after having my son and it's all grown back now, but I try not to keep it too tight
It's really easy; with hair that long, just twirl it into either a quick bun or what I used to do was do a quick rope with it and sling it around my neck like a scarf.
Serenity The horse I think you are talking about is a gelding, which train faster, so his training is kinda incomparable and should be that - it isnt that important for gelds as they can not breed
