In terms of top horses, I think TB are, but you'd almost certainly have to spend more to maintain a decent breeding program with KNN because of them commonly producing SH or refusing to breed up.

I am learning how to make palletes and will make a matching pallete for the piece should it hit the 750K/AB mentioned above.
