Ambrose started serving people as soon as they started coming in, he was working with the group of girls who he had seen taking an interest in Phantom and one of them seemed very upset "is everything alright ma'am?" he asked setting down some menus for their table and pulling out a note book to jot down some of the orders

"She's just upset 'cus she failed to hook up with that guy over there," one of the other girls says, tilting her head towards Phantom, "I told her that he was out of her lane anyway, but she didn't listen." "Oh hush," says the upset one, "I atleast tried. Besides he said that he's taken by some guy anyway." Phantom could easily hear the conversation from where he was sitting and rolled his eyes. Girls always tried to get at him but he never had any interest in them.

"that one?" he asked looking at Phantom, a sly look flashing across his face briefly as he turned back to the girls "and some guy? well that is a shame, he's a real catch" Ambrose nodded being sincere or at least acting like he was before walking towards Phantom "did you hear that babe? Those girls said you're taken by some guy" he chuckled, kissing his cheek. Ambrose had been talking loud enough for the girls to hear because he wanted to make sure they got the message. He was pretty possessive.

He chuckled some when Ambrose walked over and heard the one girl that had tired to hook up with him start to mutter loudly. "Yeah I wonder who he is," he said looking at Ambrose, a slight smile on his face. "Anyway," he says after a moment of quiet, "I'll have a cup of rose tea with a little bit of sugar." He never had been the guy to like coffee and found tea to help calm him and enhance his senses. It also made him a little more awake, like coffee.

"well whoever he may be, he must be very lucky and very handsome to land someone like you" he smiled straightening up "cup of rose tea...sugar" he repeated the order as he wrote it down "no problem sir, we'll get it to you shortly" Ambrose said and turned towards the counter to hand over the two sheets from his notebook, one with the girls' order and one with Phantom's

He chuckled again and watched Ambrose walk away. He then waited patiently for his tea and tapped his fingers quietly on the table. He regretted not bringing something with to do. Maybe there's a book store or something in here, he thinks, then I can go get something to do after having my tea. Even with his personality Phantom really like to read. He made sure that he had his reading glasses on him, since it was harder to read with only one eye.

Ambrose was behind the counter now, waiting for the orders because their cafe wasn't very big so even when it was full he never really had more than three different tables at a time, so while he was standing there with some free time he pulled out his pen and tore out a page from his notebook, writing out a small message simply reading "Love you" if his boyfriend was here he was going to be romantic about it, or at least try to be considering this was all new to him. When he got the two trays with the orders he made his way over to the girls and placed down their drinks and pastries before going over to Phantom, handing him the tea with the note tucked under the cup.

He looked up as Ambrose aproached and smiled. When he left he picked up his cup and took a sip before noticing the note. Once he read it a smile crossed his face and he chuckled some. He took another sip of his tea and playe with the paper, folding it into different shapes and things. A thought then came to mind of buying Ambrose a girft. Maybe a box of chocolates or something just to show his affection.

Ambrose smiled back at Phantom and went back behind the counter to clean some things up and make it more neat, while he was busy with that another group of people walked in and he frowned slightly, recognizing them, they were pretty frequent clients but they were also pretty terrible. The two that had walked in were a couple, a woman who had the personality of a snake and a man who was just as venomous, sighing he walked over with two menus for them knowing things wouldn't go well if you hesitated to serve them "welcome Ma'am, Sir" he smiled and waited for their harsh voices to reply

He felt the tone change in the room and watched a couple walk in. He saw the look in Ambroses eyes when he walked over to serve them and guessed that they weren't very kind. Don't do anything stupid, he thinks, no one can know that you're a ghost. He finishes his tea and glances back over at the couple. He didn't want to eave him in here alone with the couple, out of fear that he could get hurt.
