Terms and Conditions:

By ordering from my art shop, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following.

1. || My art must not be edited, filtered, or otherwise altered by anyone but myself. This includes giving yourself different cuts.

2. || If the art is not picked up within a week of completion, it will be auctioned off or sold as a premade. Using this to buy it for cheaper is not permitted. Extras MAY cause an increase in price.

3. || Reselling my art in any way is not permitted. This includes raising horse prices because my art is on them. If you sell the horse with the art still attached, the art technically belongs to the new horse owner.

4. || My art must not be used on more than one horse at once. My art may be used on a different horse after being removed from the original one. I may test images on my own horses if a problem is to occur.

5. || My art is NOT to be used outside of HEE without permission, sorry. I've been having people steal it as soon as it leaves HEE boundaries- not cool.

Important! || You need to understand that my art shop is more of a side hobby, and pieces may take time due to recent medical reasons, college purposes, and other life events. I am not in full health and will complete your art as soon as I can. Please do not push.

** Please, I am not a fan of incredibly sinister themes or insanely long hair. My style has a hard time keeping up with anything beyond the lighter traits of sinister and any hair down to past ground level.
