Jagger | Male | Bear Pegasus "Yes, I'm sure they would like that. What's your name, young sir?" The princess had asked. Jagger gave off a small, quiet giggle. "I'm not that young" he mumbled. "I'm Jagger, you must be Amable, correct?" The male grabbed a large sack made of soft leather and multiple crowns with rings around them which were embroidered with silk, some of velvet, and many with gold thread. He placed a few large logs inside and tied it with a long, rough, and thin bit of leather. He placed the sack on the ground. "That should be enough logs, correct, Amable?" He asked. Amable | Female | Cat : Mare Amable nodded, bowing her head politely as her mother had taught her. She gladly took the sack from the man's hands, but as always, her gaurds took it and carried it for her. Sometimes Mable wondered why her gaurds had to do everything for her. Sure, she was a princess, but that didn't mean she wanted to be treated like one. She smiled as she looked at Jagger, his ruffled brown hair and hazel eyes. "Well, it's quite nice to meet you, Jagger. Would you like to come to my castle for tea?" she asked, eyes gleaming with joy and curiosity.

Jagger | Male | Bear : Pegasus Jagger looked up at the large guards who had taken the sack. "Well, it's quite nice to meet you, Jagger. Would you like to come to my castle for tea?" Amable asked, eyes gleaming with joy and curiosity. "I would love to, but I must continue selling my wood" Jagger replied to her quesiton. He then bowed. Once he lifted his body again he turned around and placed his hand on his cart. "Goodbye, princess, tell your parents I said hi" he told her. He then started handing out wood to people, collecting their golden tokens as he handed out sacks.

Amable | Female | Cat : Mare Amable continued to give a polite smile to Jagger, knowing that he needed to go back to working in order to earn his pay. "Maybe some other time, then," the princess said sweetly as she began to walk away. Before she did, though, she slipped a piece of paper to the man, with words hurriedly scribbled in pen that were barely even readable; 'Meet me tonight in the garden of my castle. Don't worry, I'll make sure the guards are distracted.' And away Mable walked, back in the direction of her castle, guards surrounding either side of her. Her heels clacked again on the road and her vibrant hair bounced up and down with every movement she made; she held up her dress as to not drag it. Soon enough, her guards opened the large, bulky doors to the castle as she walked through. One of the guards sat down the silk bag in which contained the finest cut firewood for the royal family. "Mother, I've returned," Amable smiled.

Jagger | Male | Bear : Pegasus Once the princess was far gone, Jagger let out a relieved sigh. As soon as the princess had arrived his heart started racing. He knew about the small amount he owed the king and queen, he always attempted to change the subject though. 'You're going to need to pay them soon, they're going to start to get angry' he thinks, handing out more woods and collecting coins. As he places his coins into his pile, he notices something in his pocket. Given how thick the clothes were so that they'd help to protect him from any weapons, he wouldn't be able to feel it. Gently opening it, he began reading the sloppy handwriting inside. 'Meet me tonight in the garden of my castle. Don't worry, I'll make sure the guards are distracted.' He feels his cheeks grow a little warm as he takes a few seconds to realize who this was by. He shakes his head at how stupid he felt. 'I guess while I'm there I can hand her the coins to pay the king' he imagines, closing his shop as there was no wood left. He places the letter onto the coin pile and starts to count. One by one he slides them into a different leather sash. "137 coins" he whispers, tying the heavy sash with his silk red ribbon. "That should be enough for the king" he giggles proud as he kicks his horse into a trot so he can head down the stone road towards the castle.
