Through the depths of a cloudy blue sky, flew a young fae, in the form of a winged reptile, a dragon. Her scales pale, making her blend perfectly into the slightly grey sky. This was a daily occurrence, this flight. It kept her mind at ease, off of the struggles of clans, hunting and blending in. Off everything. Well, it normally did anyway. Over the last few weeks, there had been a rise in accidents around the near by villages, it was strange because it seemed to only be around the well off villages, not one of them being poor. It was slightly concerning. The villages were being targeted, by someone, something, for some reason. She had a certain instinct that told her it wasn't a human. That it wasn't a simple act of hate. Someone was doing this, and someone was enjoying this. So, she had taken it upon herself to figure out who, and why. Things could got boring when you live as long as she did, and as long as she will. She enjoyed a little bit of misery from time to time, but like this one, they all fizzle out and die quickly.

Her poison green eyes scanned the are blow her, but was careful not to be seen, she didn't want to scare or worry the humans. If they found out about their kind, it was sure to be some hassle she didn't exactly want. While her life was long and boring, she wanted to make it last as long as possible. Her eyes eventually landed on a village. One ablaze. She could start investigating there. She quickly dived down into a near by woods, shifting as she hit the ground. She stumbled a few steps until she managed to walk steadily, but kept at a rather speedy pace. Flying to using her legs had been a difficult transition for a long time now, and she wasn't sure that it would get any better.

As she made her way into the small village, the first thing she heard was people screaming, then she could match faces to the screams. They didn't know what was going on, or why their most beloved binding was in flames. They just wanted to put them out, and they were trying extremely hard to do just that. She wanted to lend a hand, but decided against it, and just let herself look around for anything. She got a few looks from people who clearly knew she didn't live there, they probably though she did this... All she could do was offer a kind smile, but it didn't seem to make the situation any better, so she just carried on with her search, people could be suspicious if they wanted to be.

It took a while, almost a half hour, and the flames had started to die down, but she still managed to spot someone sitting on a roof looking as though they were having a super time... Amethyst's pupils narrowed slightly as she tried to get a better look, but she didn't recognize the stranger, so she would just have to either confront them or leave them be... Confrontation would have to do it. She walked herself behind the house and started climbing unsteadily upon the roof. She stood behind the stranger quietly for a moment before letting out a small sigh, "You seem to be enjoying this... Mess." She said in a breath, her voice as soft as velvet.

Amethyst looked almost discussed by the words that fell out of his mouth, and this act of his was see through, but he still persisted, trying to flip this on her, but it just made her more an more suspicious of him as he rambled on and on. She didn't reply to any of his ridiculous questions, simply looked straight through him with a stone cold gaze. If he really was innocent, why would he be talking as such. She had many a time been mistaken as a witch of some sort, due to her appearance being so different to he reptilian one, but she could tell he was doing it to cover any tracks. She was a little offended that he had asked about her being a magician of some sort, but still stayed quiet as he spoke. She wasn't ignorant, she could see he was slowly edging away, she really felt the urge to force him still, but restrained herself.

As he started to make a runner, she tried to grab a hold of whoever this was, but just as she was about to hook her hand around the back of his shirt, he had taken off and shifted. "Ah, I see how it is," She whispered to herself before making we way down the roof so that she was behind the house, the shifted and darted up and straight into the clouds so that she wasn't seen. She would have been a little bit behind whoever this was, and a little higher up but her small and lean frame would have made it easier to cut through the air and move quicker, so ever once she was above the stranger, she let him land without making herself present. She hovered for a few moments before flying a little bit away and lowering herself into the forests quietly before landing on the solid tree branches and hopping on them until she was a little bit away from him, just watching quietly. "What do you think you're doing?" She growled from a small distance with her claws slowly sinking into the bark of the tree before she realized what she was doing and hopped down so that she didn't hurt herself on the tree. "Running away from a little confrontation? Is that not a cowards move?" She questioned before shifting again so that she was standing back as a human, but still kept her distance just encase he went for her while she was in the frail state of human. She still had a little trouble shifting from time to time when she was tired or used up too much energy, so she wouldn't be able to change quick enough to defend herself. She gave him a moment to think about his answer before giving an extremely sarcastic smile, "You're a hit and run sort of person, but that's only fun until you get caught, huh?" She questioned with a tilted head and placed a finger on the side of her lip as she thought silently before flipping her hair off of her shoulder as she waited for a reply.
